Have you ever been given the chance to change your life for the better? Did you take the chance at hand or did you let it slip away – hoping that another opportunity would come your way? All of my life I have struggled with weight gain, emotions and various health issues. With so many diet plans out there, I gave numerous efforts to so many plans with minimal success and an empty pocketbook as the end result. I could have given up on this endeavor, but I decided to keep searching to find the right solution and product to make my health reach an optimum of serendipity. I decided to start praying to God to help steer me in the right path. His goodness and grace allowed me to stumble upon a YouTube video of Shannon Buckley talking about gluten-free products. What started out as a simple email relationship turned into one of the greatest gifts I truly have ever received. Within days of starting my wellbeing on Isagenix, I felt alive and full of energy….reminiscent of 10 years of my life had been given back to me. The weight I struggled with before began falling off with much ease and liking. Shannon and her friend Brienne Hellwig would connect with me weekly to check up on how I was doing. Their support was accompanied by a lot of love and concern for my continued success. You are not just a number or client with these ladies – They truly care about you and your health and will do anything to help you thrive and grow. In the past, I would go on a diet to lose weight for a special reason or occasion or if a health scare made me. As a result, I was a true roller-coaster dieter. With Isagenix, my vision on my health has changed dramatically. This isn’t a short-term goal for me anymore, it’s a lifestyle change and I am so glad I put my faith in God, Shannon and Brie. To date I have reached my halfway mark on my weight loss goals. My life has been changed for the better in so many ways. There is no turning back for me, for I see the vision ahead, and it’s pretty spectacular. You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain by hopping on this train. Don’t let your past lead your future. Allow yourself to grow and be the person you deserve to be. As I have shared with Shannon and Brienne, this product is so amazing it has given a lift to my overall attitude. I feel so much lighter in my thoughts, actions and daily activities. God is truly good to me – not only did he give me a new direction of a healthy life; he blessed me with a lifetime friendship with Shannon and Brie. For that, I am eternally grateful.

If you want to be successful in anything, selling is arguably THE most important skill to learn.

Since selling is the skill to learn, here is the only sales formula you will ever need: Want + Problem + Solution

Want + Problem + Solution
This three part sales formula must be applied in this order. Mess with the order and your selling will prove ineffective.

WANT- What do you they want?

We are so eager to present what we have to offer we forget to ask our clients, prospects, family, and friends what they really want.

In network marketing, people often commend the virtues of network marketing (making a different, making a lot of money, creating a residual income, having fun, learning, making friends, et cetera.) (EDITORS NOTE… THAT SOUNDS AWESOME!!!!!)… with out first finding out what the other person really wants or needs.

Consequently, they are ineffective.

In family relationships, we often do the same thing When my children were younger, I would take them one at a time on trips. On a particular trip to Hawaii with my oldest son, Kelly, I had lined up all kinds of fun things to do. Then I caught myself and asked what he wanted to do.

His reply was not what I expected. He said “I would really like to watch all those action movies Mom doesn’t like us to watch.”

So instead of going surfing, mountain climbing or fishing, we stayed in all day and watched six blow-up, blast-’em, action-packed movies. We ordered pizza to the hotel room and had a great time. In fact, it was one of our fondest memories together.

I asked him what he wanted to do.

To further prove my point, I told an audience of about seven hundred people to pair up in twos, with one of them holding a one dollar bill. THe one dollar bill, I explained was to represent a year’s salary. If either of them lost the dollar bill, they would lose their house! (I wanted to them to take it seriously.)

THe job of the person with out the dollar was to get it; the job of the person with the dollar was to protect it no matter what, and I was going to grade them on whether they kept or gained the dollar.

You should have seen the place! It was pure pandemonium! People were wrestling, fighting, yelling, screaming and pulling.

After about twenty second, I interrupted the melee. As expected, most of the people with out the money did not get it.

“How many of you asked for the one dollar bill?” I requested.
Some had.

Then I asked “how many of you with out the dollar asked the other person what they needed or what you could do for them in exchange for the dollar?”

Virtually nobody had. Those wanting the money simply thought about their own need: getting the money. Those with the money simply thought about their own needs. protecting the money.

When we are knee deep in our own needs, it is easy to forget to ask what other people need or want

Everyone and Their Mom has heard “I don’t like sales!”

This is an excerpt from “What Good Intentions Run Smack Into Reality” by Brian Klemmer.  Page 61. Lesson #5.  I really could relate to this lesson because I talk to a lot of people and I have heard many times “I’m not good at sales.” or “I don’t like sales.”  I like to reshape my reality to support my dreams of living as a true infinitaire and this aligns with that so I am sharing it!!!

What is selling?  Communicating in such a way that you cause action.

Most people have sales confused with shoving something down someone’s throat.  That is not sales. It is stupidity at work, because it never works.”

I know I can use this rebutle in conversations and it gives me increased confidence for approaching others as well.  What did this lesson do for you?

Everyone and Their Mom Reads the 2011 Celebration Recap!

I just saw Lenny Evans post that there were over 7000 people at this event!!! It was kind of like one of those experiences that you think you know what you are going to because you maybe have been to a convention at some point in your life.

Well, then you walk in the dark room that has digital billboards and led lit pillars and HUGE Isa-A’s, and great dance music playing and a stage that looks like it’s out of a dream and you think… oh wow- what is this?! And then it begins.. But before that you probably stood in line to register and if you are anything like me- you introduced yourself and your mom (he he he…) to everyone within earshot! And had great conversation while allowing each person who had arrived before us to have their turn being welcomed to the EVENT OF THE YEAR!!!!!!

When I say EVENT OF THE YEAR- I MEAN IT! I know you hear a lot of nonsense all of the time and there are a whole bunch of companies and idiots saying things that aren’t true. You may be confused about who to trust and aren’t even sure if IsAgenix is the place for you UNTIL the Celebration begins.  The space-age science that is going into these products! OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   This stuff is straight out of a science fiction novel.  Stopping the aging process and on our way to reversing it.  15 hits on substances that induce telomerase activity!!  White coated scientists hugging each other on stage!! Pharmaceutical scientists converted to naturalists because of our formulator!!!

Dancing, hugging, high fives, clapping, cheering… from Saturday through Tuesday.  It was unlike anything I had experienced before, the level of excitement.  This opportunity is something real people get excited about because it is changing the health picture and the wealth picture for ordinary people.  Ordinary people who choose to embody an extraordinary level of commitment, become masters of persistence, step outside their comfort zone and share… HOW TO BE AGELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THAT’S SOMETHING WORTH SHARING ISN’T IT!! I’d SAY SO.

Here’s a little taste of the action :

We already got our tickets for next year and I’m staying plugged in.  Talk about a lifetime of extraordinary possibility beginning now with no end date.   If not this, than WHAT?!!! I mean really!!
